Free shipping in the contiguous US. Every case ships tracked, with signature on delivery.

Returns

30 days, unused, in original packaging. Start a return by emailing info@taloluggage.com with your order number.

Lifetime service

Wheels, latches, and handles are repaired, not replaced, for the life of the case. See the Lifetime Service page for how it works.

The engraved plate

Every case carries a 48 x 13 mm aluminum plate, engraved and riveted to the shell. Machined lettering, no ink, nothing to wear off.

Does it fit in a carry-on sizer?

The 20 inch case is built to standard cabin dimensions accepted by major US airlines. Check your airline's limits before you fly, since a few carriers run tighter rules.

Are the locks TSA approved?

Yes. The frame latches use TSA approved locks, so security can open and relock the case without damage.
