This website is operated by TALO. By visiting taloluggage.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices, product specifications, and availability at any time. Colors and finishes may render differently on different screens.

Orders and payment

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or placed by resellers. If we cancel your order you will be refunded in full. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers.

Preorders

Products marked as a preorder are charged in full at the time of order and ship later. Ship dates shown for preorders are estimates based on production and freight timelines and are not guaranteed. If a preorder is delayed beyond the stated estimate, we notify you by email with a revised estimate, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before the order ships. Preorder quantities are limited to the stated run size.

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Every shipment is tracked.

Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, available in the footer of this site.

Lifetime service

TALO cases include lifetime service on wheels, latches, handles, and the trolley as described on the Lifetime Service page. This service does not affect statutory warranty rights, which remain unaffected.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the TALO name, wordmark, product design, photography, and copy, is the property of TALO and may not be used without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the operation of the store.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TALO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Mobile Messaging Terms

TALO offers a recurring automated text messaging program for marketing and order updates (the "Messaging Program"). By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages, including cart reminders and new product announcements, at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; contact your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help at any time, or contact us at info@taloluggage.com. We may change or end the Messaging Program at any time; material changes will be posted in these terms.
