Shipping policy

Free US shipping

Shipping is free on all orders in the contiguous United States. Every order ships tracked and insured, with signature required on delivery.

Processing and delivery

Orders leave our facility within 2 business days. Most deliveries arrive 2 to 5 business days after shipping. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the order ships.

Regions

We currently ship to the contiguous US only. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping are coming. Email info@taloluggage.com to be notified when your region opens.

Damage in transit

Every shipment is insured. If a case arrives damaged, email info@taloluggage.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will repair or replace it at no cost.
